Analysis of occurrence and symptom groups of lung cancer patients dur-ing immunotherapy
Objective To investigate and analyze the occurrence of symptoms in patients with lung cancer immunotherapy during treatment,and to explore the composition of symptom groups.Methods A total of 84 patients with lung cancer im-munotherapy in the Department of Thoracic Surgery,Zhongshan Hospital,Fudan University(Xiamen Branch),from Decem-ber 2021 to July 2022 were selected by cross-sectional investigation.The occurrence of symptoms of the patients was as-sessed using the Anderson symptom assessment scale-lung cancer module.Results Among 19 symptoms,the incidence of fatigue was the highest(88.1％),followed by pain(83.3％).The highest incidence of life distress was found in work(82.1％),followed by enjoyment of life(81.0％).Simple factor analysis shows that patients with lung cancer immunotherapy have gas-trointestinal symptoms,respiratory symptoms,nervous system symptoms,psychological symptoms and perceptual symptoms.Conclusion There are multiple symptom groups in patients with lung cancer immunotherapy during treatment,and these symptom groups interact with each other,affecting the prognosis and quality of life of patients.Nurses should pay attention to the complaints of patients,correctly evaluate the symptoms of patients,and take timely intervention measures to reduce the occurrence and severity of symptoms.
