Application effect of organ system joint course certificate integration and collaborative progression model in nurse professional qualification exami-nation
Objective To explore the application of organ system joint course certificate integration and collaborative pro-gression model in nurse professional qualification examination.Methods A total of 201 nursing students of grade 2019 in Heze Medical College were selected as the experimental group,and 201 nursing students of grade 2018 were selected as the control group.The experimental group provided guidance in accordance with the constructed organ system combined with course certificate integration and collaborative learning mode,while the control group provided guidance in accordance with traditional professional knowledge sharing,reinforcement testing,pre exam simulation guidance,and other steps.After the exam,the scores of the nurse professional qualification exam and the nurse core ability scores of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The scores of professional practice,practical ability,and total scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores and total scores of critical thinking,scientific research,clinical nursing,ethics and legal practice,profes-sional development,education and consultation of nursing students in the test group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in leadership abili-ty and interpersonal relationship scores between the two groups of nursing students(P>0.05).Conclusion The organ system joint course certificate integration and collaborative progression model can improve the scores of nursing students'nurse qualification exams,enhance their core abilities,and promote their better adaptation to clinical nursing work.
