Effect of"Internet+"continuing nursing on psychological stress,quality of life,and clinical compliance in patients with adenomyosis treated with high intensity focused ultrasound ablation
Objective To explore the effect of"Internet+"continuing nursing on psychological stress,quality of life,and clinical compliance of patients with adenomyosis treated with high intensity focused ultrasound ablation(HIFU).Methods A total of 86 patients with adenomyosis underwent HIFUA from August 2021 to July 2022 in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into control and observation group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during the perioperative peri-od,and the observation group was given"Internet+"continuous nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The psycho-logical stress,quality of life,and clinical compliance of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Re-sults The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 6 months intervention,the scores of the dimensions in the MOS item short form health survey(SF-36)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 6 months intervention,and the treatment compliance rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statisti-cally significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion"Internet+"continuing nursing can effectively improve the psychological state of patients with adenomyosis treated with HIFUA,improve their post-treatment quality of life,and enhance clinical compliance."Internet+"continuing nursing is a reliable clinical care model.
