Application effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of sudden deafness and its influence on mental state
Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in the treatment of sudden deafness patients and the im-pact of patients'psychological status.Methods A total of 86 patients with sudden deafness admitted to the People's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by computer random number method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received high quality nursing services.The effect of nursing,psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom checklist-90(SCL-90)scores between the two groups before intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of SCL-90 scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistical significance in the scores of 36-item short-form(SF-36)scale between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of SF-36 scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing model in the treatment of sudden deafness patients can help regulate the psychological state of patients,assist in improving the clinical treatment effect,and then play a positive role in improving the prognosis of patients.It has high clinical application value and is worth promoting.
