Research progress of treatment burden and influencing factors among stroke patients
Stroke is difficult to cure,slow recovery,easy to relapse.The drug therapy,lifestyle changes,rehabilitation exer-cise,follow-up and review continuly consume patients'time and energy,which bring treatment burden to patients.Stroke survivors are often left with different degrees of dysfunction in physical,language,cognitive,and their rehabilitation treat-ment are complicated,so stroke patients often bear a heavier treatment burden in rehabilitation management.Treatment bur-den has negative impact on patients'treatment compliance,quality of life,psychological burden and interpersonal relation-ship,which is worthy of attention.Identifying the factors affecting the treatment burden of stroke patients is helpful to devel-op targeted interventions,improve the treatment compliance of patients and improve the prognosis.But there is still a lack of relevant research on the treatment burden of stroke patients in China.This article reviews the research progress of treatment burden from the concept,adverse effects and influencing factors among stroke patients,in order to provide reference for re-lated research on treatment burden among stroke patients.
