Comparison of dynamic electrocardiogram characteristics in patients with early repolarization syndrome at different ages
Objective To explore the dynamic electrocardiogram characteristics of early repolarization syndrome in patients of different ages. Methods A total of 100 patients with early repolarization syndrome(ERS)admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as research subjects and divided into group A(<18 years old,n=30),group B(18-45 years old,n=38)and group C(>45 years old,n=32)according to different ages. All patients in the three groups underwent dynamic electrocardiogram and heart rate variability(HRV)analysis. The parameters of the three groups were compared, including HRV index,J-wave lead condition,ST change degree and the difference between the pa-rameters.Results The standard diviation of NN intervals(SDNN),standard diviation average of NN intervals(SDANN),root mean square of successive differences in adjacent NN intervals(rMSSD),percentage difference>50 ms(PNN50),very low frequency(VLF),low frequency(LF),high frequency(HF)and LF/HF of groups B and C were lower than those of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).V2-V3 in groups B and C was higher than that in group A,V4-V5 was lower than that in group A,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and aVF in group B were lower than those in group A,and Ⅱ,Ⅲ and aVF in group C were higher than those in group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ST-segment elevation dis-tance of groups B and C was higher than that of group A,and the Q-T dispersion was higher than that of group A,the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are some differences in the characteristics of holter electro-cardiogram in ERS patients of different ages, and monitoring holter electrocardiogram is of great significance to judge the prognosis of ERS patients and assess the severity of the disease. It is of great significance to provide a new theoretical basis for clinical monitoring of ERS from different perspectives, correctly evaluate the progression and prognosis of the disease, and guide clinical treatment.
