Application of non-standard lithotomy position in transurethral resection of the prostate in patients with hip joint disease
Objective To investigate the application of non-standard lithotomy position in transurethral resection of prostate in patients with hip joint disease.Methods A total of 26 patients treated in the First People's Hospital of Yumen from De-cember 2018 to October 2022 who had hip joint lesions and rigidity and whose outward extension Angle of the joint was limited and could not be placed in standard lithotomy position were selected as the observation group,and 35 patients who underwent tranthral electric prostatectomy under standard lithotomy position during the same period were selected as the control group.The comfort levels of the operators and comfort levels of the patients,and post-operation related complications 48 h after the operation and the duration of the operation were all observed.Results There were no significant differences in operator's position comfort,patient's position comfort,postural complication rate 48 h after surgery and operation duration between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with The hip joint disease and,stiffness of patients cannot be taken with lithotomy position and they should not be considered as the contraindications.In operations,the surgical position only need to be slightly improved.This surgical treatment is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.
