Therapeutic effect of Mifepristone after medical abortion in women
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Mifepristone in women after medical abortion.Methods A total of 70 patients with medical abortion admitted to Hebei General Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases)by random number table method.Both groups received medication induced abortion treatment,while the control group did not receive medica-tion.The observation group received Mifepristone treatment,and the treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The abortion situation in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),and the rate of total adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Mifepristone has significant effects after medical abortion in women,which can increase the complete abortion rate of patients,shorten the duration of bleeding in patients,effectively reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding after abortion,and regulate the hormone level of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in pa-tients,and promote the recovery of patients after abortion.It can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.
