Clinical effect analysis of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training on urinary retention after cesarean section
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of heat sensitive moxibustion on patients with urinary retention after cesarean section while carrying out pelvic floor muscle training treatment. Methods A total of 40 patients with urinary re-tention after cesarean section treated in Yichun People's Hospital from April 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group(20 cases)and observation group(20 cases)according to random number table. The control group was treated with traditional moxibustion and pelvic floor muscle training, and the observa-tion group was treated with heat sensitive moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training. The first spontaneous uri-nation time, first spontaneous urination volume and bladder residual urine volume of the two groups were compared, and the changes of urodynamic indexes in the two groups were compared. Results The first spontaneous urination time in the obser-vation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the spontaneous urination volume was more than that in the con-trol group, the residual urine volume in the bladder was less than that in the control group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The bladder compliance, detrusor muscle contraction force, and urethral closure pressure of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with urinary retention after cesarean section receiving heat sensitive moxibustion and pelvic floor muscle training can achieve ideal results. This program can effectively improve the patients'urodynamic indicators, promote the recovery of patients'autonomous urination ability, and has the value of further promotion and application.
