目的 调查桂西地区肝硬化失代偿期患者对肝硬化疾病相关知识掌握情况，及遵医依从性的影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法，选取2022年5月至2023年5月在右江民族医学院附属医院消化内科住院的肝硬化失代偿期患者172例为调查对象，采用肝硬化疾病相关知识调查表和遵医行为量表对其进行调查，统计结果并分析遵医依从性的影响因素。结果 单因素分析结果显示，性别、婚姻状况、病程、肝硬化疾病相关知识掌握水平与肝硬化失代偿期患者遵医依从性有关，差异有统计学意义(P＜0。05)，多元线性回归分析显示，性别、婚姻状况、病程、肝硬化疾病相关知识掌握水平是肝硬化失代偿期患者遵医依从性的独立危险因素(P＜0。05)。结论 桂西地区肝硬化失代偿期患者遵医依从性处于中等偏差水平，影响因素较多，主要有性别、婚姻状况、病程、疾病相关知识掌握水平等，应积极针对相关影响因素采取干预措施，以提高遵医依从性，减少并发症的发生，提高患者生存质量。
Analysis of influencing factors of compliance in patients with decompen-sated cirrhosis in western Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region
Objective To investigate the knowledge of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis and the influencing fac-tors of medical compliance in western Guangxi.Methods A total of 172 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis hospi-talized in the Department of Gastroenterology,Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from May 2022 to May 2023 were investigated with liver cirrhosis disease-related knowledge questionnaire and medical compliance behavior scale,the statistical results and the factors of medical compliance were analyzed.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that gender,marital status,course of disease and knowledge related to liver cirrhosis were related to medical compliance of patients with decompensated cirrhosis,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,marital status,disease course and knowledge level of cirrhosis were indepen-dent risk factors for compliance of patients with decompensated cirrhosis(P＜0.05).Conclusion The compliance of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis in western Guangxi is at a moderate deviation level,and there are many influencing fac-tors,such as gender,marital status,course of disease,disease-related knowledge and so on.Intervention measures should be taken to improve compliance,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
