Construction of assessment models,training methods,and evaluation sys-tems for teachers in american universities
The construction and improvement of the inspection mode,training method and evaluation system of college teachers can not only provide reference for the construction of college teachers'team,but also provide reference for the person-alized development of teachers.In terms of the current situation of teacher team construction in China,compared with other developed countries in the world,there are still deficiencies in the system,especially for the traditional Chinese medicine discipline that reflects our traditional culture,it is lack of targeted teacher training programs.The construction of the Ameri-can college teacher training system is in a leading position in the world education field,and its medical college teacher training model is of reference significance for the development of Chinese medicine colleges and universities.By referring to a large number of literatures and taking major universities in the United States and Canada as examples,this paper summa-rizes the inspection standards,methods,characteristics,teacher training methods,and characteristics and standards of teacher evaluation systems in American colleges and universities,so as to sum up the characteristics and strengths of teacher training models in American colleges and universities that are worthy of reference.It is found that the American teacher training model has the characteristics of diversified participants,phased investigation model,systematic training method and substantial evaluation criteria,which has important reference significance for building a world-class teacher team in China.The teacher training program of American medical colleges,combined with the special teaching needs of Chinese medicine colleges and universities,will also provide references for the training of young teachers in Chinese medicine colleges and u-niversities,and promote the high-quality development of Chinese medicine colleges and universities in China.
