Problems and countermeasures in bilingual teaching of medical molecular biology for postgraduate students in local medical colleges
In recent years,China has accelerated into an aging society,and the demand for outstanding medical talents is increasing day by day.Local medical colleges are the backbone of cultivating medical talents,and master of medicine grad-uates are the core of cultivating excellent talents in local medical colleges.In order to continuously export excellent master of medicine graduates to the society,local medical colleges must seize the opportunity of bilingual teaching reform in higher e-ducation in China.At present,many higher education institutions have begun to implement bilingual teaching in certain dis-ciplines,with significant improvement in teaching effectiveness.Medical molecular biology is a fundamental course in medi-cal colleges,and many high-level medical colleges have already carried out bilingual teaching of medical molecular biology.Local medical colleges should also take bilingual teaching of medical molecular biology as a breakthrough point and sub-stantially open the door to bilingual teaching reform.This paper mainly analyzes the importance and problems of bilingual teaching of medical molecular biology for postgraduate students in local medical colleges,and expounds the countermeasures to improve the bilingual teaching level of medical molecular biology for postgraduate students in local medical colleges from the perspectives of schools,teachers and students.
