Effect of pre operation urination training in bed combined with cluster nursing on supine urination function of patients with atrial fibrillation un-dergoing radiofrequency ablation
Objective To study the clinical effect of preoperative bed urination training combined with cluster nursing in-tervention on patients with atrial fibrillation during radiofrequency ablation treatment. Methods A total of 64 patients with atrial fibrillation who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from July 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(32 cases)by random number table method. The control group was treated with routine radiofrequency care, the observation group carried out preoperative bed urination training combined with a nursing bundle intervention. The operation time, time of first urina-tion after surgery, number of catheterization, residual urine volume at 12 hours after surgery, psychological state score before and after nursing, treatment compliance, nursing satisfaction, postoperative bladder function grade and urinary retention were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and first urination time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The catheterization times and residual urine volume at 12 h after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in psychological status scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the psychological status score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation, the classification of bladder function in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically signif-icant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with atrial fibrillation who received preoperative urination training in bed combined with cluster nursing intervention during the treatment of radiofrequency ablation can help improve bladder function,main-tain a good attitude, shorten the treatment operation time and recovery time, reduce the frequency of catheterization, prevent the occurrence of urinary retention, and significantly improve treatment compliance and satisfaction.
