Application effect of ear point pressing bean combined with Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines,Live in patients with abdominal distension after heart valve replacement
Objective To explore the effect of ear point pressing beans combined with Combined Bacillus Subtilis and En-terococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines,Live in patients with abdominal distension after heart valve replacement.Methods From January to June 2022,100 patients with abdominal distension after valve replacement in Department of Car-diac Vascular Surgery in the the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the research objects.According to the random number method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment of Domperidone,and the observation group was additionally treated with ear point pressing beans combined with Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines,Live,both groups were treated for 1 week.The nursing effect,gastrointestinal symptom resolution time(ex-haust time,defecation time,and flatulence time)and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time of first postoperative exhaust,defecation and intestinal flatulence in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of post-operative complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Ear point pressing bean combined with Combined Bacillus Subtilis and Enterococcus Faecium Granules with Multivitamines,Live has good application value in patients with abdominal distension after heart valve replacement,which can effectively shorten the time for patients to exhaust and defe-cate after operation,and is safe.
