摘要

目的 探讨贺州汉族长寿人群与端粒酶逆转录酶(TERT)基因rs2075786和rs2736100位点的相关性.方法 选取贺州汉族人群58例,作为研究对象,其中包括对照组30例,长寿组28例,应用测序法对TERT基因的rs2075786和rs2736100两位点进行基因分型检测,并研究TERT基因rs2075786和rs2736100位点构建的单倍体与长寿的关联性.结果 TERT基因rs2075786和rs2736100两位点在两组基因及其等位基因分布频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TERT基因rs2075786和rs2736100构建的单倍体与贺州汉族长寿人群无关联(P>0.05).结论 未发现TERT基因rs2075786和rs2736100位点与贺州汉族长寿人群存在相关性.

Abstract

Objective To explore the correlation between the telomerase reverse transcriptase(TERT)gene rs2075786 and rs2736100 polymorphisms and the Han Chinese population in longevity in Hezhou.Methods A total of 58 individuals from the Han Chinese population in Hezhou were selected as the research subjects,including 30 individuals in the control group and 28 individuals in the longevity group.The gene typing of the TERT gene rs2075786 and rs2736100 polymorphisms was determined using sequencing methods.The association between the haplotypes constructed by the TERT gene rs2075786 and rs2736100 polymorphisms and longevity was investigated.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the gene and allele frequencies distribution of the TERT gene rs2075786 and rs2736100 polymorphisms between the two groups(P>0.05).The haplotypes constructed by the TERT gene rs2075786 and rs2736100 polymorphisms were not associ-ated with longevity in the Hezhou Han Chinese population(P>0.05).Conclusion No correlation was found between the TERT gene rs2075786 and rs2736100 polymorphisms and the Han Chinese population in longevity in Hezhou.
