Comparison of the effect of Insulin Degludec Liraglutide Injection and Recombinant Insulin Glargine Injection in the treatment of type 2 dia-betes mellitus
Objective To compare the effect of Insulin Degludec Liraglutide Injection and Recombinant Insulin Glargine Injection in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,Liaoning Health Industry Group Iron Coal General Hospital from October 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group(n=35)and conventional group(n=35)by computer random number method.Patients in the study group were treated with Insulin Degludec Liraglutide Injection com-bined with Acarbose,and patients in the conventional group were treated with Recombinant Insulin Glargine Injection com-bined with Acarbose.The blood glucose,adverse reactions,satisfaction and clinical indications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the con-ventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time of blood glucose reaching the standard in the study group was shorter than that in the routine group,and the number of hy-poglycemia was less than that in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Insulin Degludec Liraglutide Injection combined with Acarbose in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients,promote their recovery,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
