摘要
目的 探讨神经肌肉电刺激结合艾箱灸治疗产后子宫复旧不良的临床效果.方法 选取2022年3月到2023年2月清远市中医院产科收治的100例产后子宫复旧不良产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和研究组(50例).对照组予以口服化瘀生新合剂治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予神经肌肉电刺激结合艾箱灸治疗.比较两组产妇的子宫复旧治疗总有效率、子宫复旧情况各指标、C反应蛋白(CRP)以及不良反应发生率.结果 研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗前子宫复旧情况的各指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,两组产妇的恶露量评分、宫缩疼痛评分、血色血块评分与CRP水平均低于本组治疗前,子宫内膜厚度均大于本组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗后的恶露量评分、宫缩疼痛评分、血色血块评分与CRP水平均低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组治疗后3、5 d的宫底高度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗后3、5 d的宫底高度均低于本组治疗后1 d,治疗后5 d的宫底高度均低于本组治疗后3 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后5 d的子宫直径小于对照组,治疗后24 h内出血量低于对照组,治疗后恶露结束时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应.结论 神经肌肉电刺激结合艾箱灸治疗产后子宫复旧不良的效果显著,可改善子宫复旧指标,适合在基层医院推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and moxa box moxibustion on the treatment of postpartum uterus subinvolution.Methods From March 2022 to February 2023,100 puerpera with postpartum uterus subinvolution admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Qingyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases).The control group was treated with Huayu Shengxin Mixture,and the study group was treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with moxa box moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of uterine involution,indicators of uterine involution,C-reactive protein(CRP)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the indexes of uterine involution before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the lochia volume score,uterine contraction pain score,blood color and blood clot score and CRP level of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the endometrial thickness was higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the lochia volume score,uterine contraction pain score,blood color and blood clot score and CRP level of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the endometrial thickness was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The fundus height of the study group was lower than that of the control group 3 and 5 days after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The height of fundus 3 and 5 days after treatment in the two groups were lower than those 1 day after treatment,and the height of fundus 5 days after treatment in the two groups were lower than those 3 days after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The uterine diameter of the study group 5 days after treatment was smaller than that of the control group,the amount of bleeding within 24 hours after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the end time of lochia after treatment was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with moxa box moxibustion is effective in the treatment of postpartum uterine involution,which can improve uterine involution indexes and is suitable for promotion in primary hospitals.
