Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise combined with nutritional intervention on blood glucose and lipid levels in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 66 patients with GDM admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Yichun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was given routine outpatient health education, and the observation group was given aerobic exercise combined with nutritional intervention. The blood glucose, blood lipid levels, perinatal complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial plasma glucose(2 h PG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL)in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group, and the level of high-density lipoprotein(HDL)was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of perinatal complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise combined with nutritional intervention for GDM patients has an ideal effect, which can reduce the blood glucose and blood lipid levels of GDM patients, and reduce the incidence of perinatal complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes.
