Clinical effect of Xiaoke Shenbao Pills combined with heat-sensitive moxi-bustion in the treatment of Qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis type dia-betes kidney disease
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoke Shenbao Pills combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of Qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes kidney disease(DKD).Methods A total of 114 patients with Qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis type DKD treated in Jiujiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group 1,observation group 2 and control group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Losartan Potassium alone,observation group 1 was treated with Losartan Potassium+Xiaoke Shenbao Pills,observation group 2 was treated with Losartan Potassium+Xiaoke Shenbao Pills+heat-sensitive moxibustion,all three groups were treat-ed continuously for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,blood glucose and renal function indexes,adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Results There was significant difference in clinical efficacy among the three groups(P＜0.05).The clinical efficacy of observation group 2 was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.017).There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between control group and observation group 1,observation group 1 and observation group 2(P＞0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the main and secondary symptoms in the three groups after treatment were lower than those be-fore treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of main disease and secondary disease in observation group 2 were lower than those in observation group 1 and control group,and the scores of main disease and secondary disease in observation group 1 were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of blood glucose and renal function indexes in the three groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood glucose and renal function indexes in observation group 2 were lower than those in observation group 1 and control group,and the levels of blood glucose and renal function indexes in observation group 1 were lower than those in control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the three groups during treatment.Conclusion Xiaoke Shenbao Pills combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion and Losartan Potassium in the treatment of DKD patients with Qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis can obtain better clinical effects,all clinical symptoms can be effectively alleviated,blood glucose and renal function can be effectively controlled,no obvious adverse reactions occurred,safe and reliable,worthy of promotion.
