Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of spiritual needs in patients with lung cancer,so as to provide a reference for further improving the mental health status of patients with lung cancer after surgery.Methods From October 2021 to October 2022,185 patients in Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences were selected as the investigation objects.Questionnaire survey was used to analyze the spiritual needs of lung cancer patients after surgery,and clinical data of patients were collected to analyze the influencing factors.Results The total score of spiritual needs of patients after lung cancer surgery was(38.59±8.16)point,indicating that they had certain spiritual needs.The re-sults of multiple linear regression analysis showed that marital status(β=-0.168,B=-2.95 1,95%CI:-3.132--1.521)and educational level(β=0.142,B=1.055,95%CI:0.741-2.517),payment method(β=-0.210,B=-2.029,95%CI:-3.152--1.062)and family caring degree(β=-0.242,B=-1.258,95%CI:-2.310--0.1 14)were the influential factors of spiritual needs of patients after lung cancer surgery(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the degree of family care and spiritual needs of patients after lung cancer surgery(r=-0.189,P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative patients with lung cancer have a high demand for spiritual care.Nursing staff should pay attention to the spiritual care of patients,actively guide the health of patients and their families,and strive to improve family care,so that patients can find the meaning and value of life,and actively work to face cancer and improve the quality of life of patients.
