基于超星学习通的翻转课堂教学模式在临床营养学中的应用

目的 探讨基于超星学习通的翻转课堂在临床营养教学中的应用效果.方法 2022年9月至10月便利选取广东医科大学2020级护理专业2个教学班的学生作为研究对象,分为翻转组(n=38)和对照组(n=36).翻转组学生采用基于超星学习通平台的翻转课堂教学,对照组采用传统教学法教学.教学结束后,比较两组章节测验得分、自主导向学习能力以及课程满意度.结果 两组章节测验得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);翻转组自主导向学习能力量表总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生对课程的评价中,正向描述条目除"提升了我学习的积极性"外,其余条目翻转组的同意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组三项负向描述性条目的同意率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 在本科护生临床营养教学中开展基于超星学习通的翻转课堂有助于提高学生的满意度,提高学生学习自主性.教育工作者应针对特定科目优化翻转课堂方法及教学效果的评价体系,以最大程度发挥其现实意义.
Objective To assess the effectiveness of flipped classroom based on Chaoxing platform in teaching clinical nu-trition.Methods From September to October 2022,students from 2 nursing classes of Grade 2020 in Guangdong Medical University were conveniently selected as the research objects,and were divided into the flip group(n=38)and the control group(n=36).The students in the experimental group participated in flipped classroom instruction based on Chaoxing plat-form,while the control group was assigned to traditional lecture-based teaching.After teaching,the scores of chapter tests,self-directed learning ability and course satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no signifi-cant difference in the test scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The total score of the self-directed learning ability scale in the flip group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the evalu-ation of the two groups of students on the course,except for the positive description item"improve my learning enthusiasm",the agreement rate of the other items in the flip group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the agreement rate of three negative descriptive items between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom based on the Chaoxing platform is helpful in improv-ing students'satisfaction and learning autonomy in teaching clinical nutrition among undergraduate nursing students.Edu-cators should optimize flipped classroom strategies and adjust the evaluation indicators of teaching effect for specific subjects to maximize the practical significance of the flipped classroom approach.
