Application effect of structure-process-result three-dimensional quality evaluation model in continuous nursing care of patients with enterostomy after gastrointestinal tumor surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of structure-process-result three-dimensional quality evaluation model in the continuous nursing care of patients with enterostomy after gastrointestinal tumor surgery. Methods From July 2021 to September 2022,60 patients with postoperative enterostomy treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan Universi-ty were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random drawing method. The control group received conventional continuous nursing, the observation group re-ceived continuous nursing under the structure-process-result three-dimensional quality evaluation model. The quality of life(36-item short-form[SF-36]),negative mood(self-rating depression scale[SDS],self-rating anxiety scale[SAS]),self-care ability(exercise of self-care agency scale[ESCA])and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of nursing,SF-36 scores and ESCA scores in two groups were higher than those before nursing,SDS and SAS scores were lower than those before nursing, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,SF-36 scores and ESCA scores in observation group were higher than those in control group, while SDS and SAS scores were lower than those in control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of observa-tion group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The structure-process-result three-dimensional quality evaluation model can improve the quality of life, relieve negative emo-tions,improve self-care ability and increase satisfaction rate of patients with enterostomy after gastrointestinal tumor surgery.
