摘要
根据全球癌症统计数据显示,肺癌仍是死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,其中非小细胞肺癌约占肺癌总数的85％.肿瘤电场治疗是一种安全有效的局部抗肿瘤治疗手段.它可以通过干扰有丝分裂、引起DNA损伤、抑制细胞迁移、增加细胞膜通透性、提高穿透血脑屏障的能力、诱导抗肿瘤免疫等机制发挥抗肿瘤作用,同化疗、放疗、免疫治疗等多种抗肿瘤治疗方法起到协同作用.本文将重点探讨肿瘤电场治疗的作用机制及其在非小细胞肺癌、非小细胞肺癌脑转移中的临床研究,期待为非小细胞肺癌的治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
According to global cancer statistics,lung cancer is still the highest mortality of malignant tumors,of which non-small cell lung cancer accounts for about 85％of the total number of lung cancers.Tumor-treating fields is a safe and effective local anti-tumor therapy.It can play an anti-tumor role by interfering with mitosis,causing DNA damage,inhibit-ing cell migration,increasing cell membrane permeability,improving the ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier,induc-ing anti-tumor immunity and other mechanisms,and play a synergistic role with chemotherapy,radiotherapy,immunothera-py and other anti-tumor therapies.This article will focus on the mechanism of tumor-treating fields,its clinical research in non-small cell lung cancer or non-small cell lung cancer brain metastases,hoping to provide new ideas for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
