Efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout based on Bayesian reticulum meta-analysis
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperuricemia(HUA)and gout. Methods CNKI,Wanfang,CBM,PubMed and other databases were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTS)of Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout. After literature screening and data extraction by two researchers,ADDIS 16.1 and Stata 15 software were applied to perform Bayesian reticulum meta-analysis.Results A total of 48 literatures met the inclusion criteria, including 4 674 subjects,2 431 patients in the experimental group and 2 236 patients in the control group, involving a total of 9 traditional Chinese medicines,13 drug regiments. In terms of improving the total effective rate, the top three treatment regiments were:Tongzhi Surunjiang Capsules>Xitongsan Decoction>Simiao Pills. In terms of safety, the top three treatment plans are:Tongfengning>Xitongsan Decoction>Tongfengding Capsules. Conclusion Compared with conventional western medicine,Tongzhi Surunjiang Capsules has the best effect in improving the total effective rate, and Tongfengning has the best effect in reducing adverse reactions.Limited by the quality of included studies, this conclusion needs to be verified by more high-quality studies.
