Safety and feasibility of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with laparoscopy in the perioperative period of endometrial cancer
Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)combined with laparo-scopic technology in the perioperative period of endometrial cancer. Methods A total of 120 patients with endometrial can-cer admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group received traditional perioperative management methods, and patients in the ob-servation group received ERAS perioperative management methods. The preoperative subjective comfort, operation related conditions, adverse reactions and complications, and postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in subjective comfort between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05),the scores of thirst, hunger, nausea, and anxiety in the observation group at 30 min before surgery were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of anesthesia and operation in the obser-vation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative ex-haust time, first postoperative defecation time, abdominal drainage tube placement time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and hospitalization cost was less than that in the control group, the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the perioperative period of endometrial cancer,ERAS concept combined with laparoscopic technology can increase the preoperative subjective comfort of patients, ensure the smooth oper-ation,reduce the risk of postoperative adverse reactions and complications, and promote the rapid recovery of patients.
