Research of low-intensity focused ultrasound treatment promotes uterine recovery after vaginal delivery
Objective To investigate the effect of low-intensity focused ultrasound on uterine involution after vaginal deliv-ery.Methods A total of 60 women who underwent vaginal delivery in Department of Obstetrics,Bao'an District Songgang People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(n=30)and study group(n=30)by drawing lots. The women in the control group received conventional treatment, and the women in the study group received low-intensity focused ultrasound treatment on the basis of conventional treatment. The fundal height 72 h after delivery, lochia volume and lochia discharge time, and the incidence of postpartum complications(bleeding,puerper-al infection and intrauterine effusion)were compared between the two groups. Results The fundal decline index of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of lochia 3 d after delivery in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The number of days of lochia expulsion in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of hemorrhage, puerperal infection and intrauterine effusion in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low intensity focused ultrasound treatment can effectively promote the uterine recovery of pregnant women un-dergoing vaginal delivery.
