Clinical effect on Du moxibustion combined with autohemotherapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria with Qi deficiency constitution
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Du moxibustion combined with autohemotherapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria patients with Qi deficiency constitution and its effect on IgE.Methods A total of 80 chronic urticaria pa-tients with functional constipation of Qi deficiency were selected from January 2022 to January 2023 in Department of Dermatology,Shandong Public Health Clinical Center were selected as the study objects,and were divided into Western medicine group(40 cases)and Chinese medicine group(40 cases)according to random number table method.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Du moxibustion and autohemotherapy,and the Western medicine group was treated with oral Epinastine Hydrochloride Capsules.The urticaria activity score(UAS),IgE,clinical efficacy and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was higher than that of Western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 2,4,6 months of treatment,the recurrence rate of Chinese medicine group was lower than that of western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The UAS score and IgE level of the two groups af-ter treatment were lower than before treatment,and the UAS score and IgE level of the Chinese medicine group after treatment were lower than those of the Western medicine group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion Du moxibustion combined with autohemotherapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria has definite clinical efficacy and low recurrence rate,which can be promoted as green therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.
