Effect of mind mapping combined witn seamless nursing in patients un-dergoing radical lung cancer surgery in thoracoscopic operating room
Objective To explore the effect of mind mapping combined with seamless nursing in thoracoscopic surgery for radical lung cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer in the operating room of Yichun People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group and a combination group by drawing lots, with 40 patients in each group. The control group re-ceived seamless care, while the combination group received mind mapping combined with seamless care. The surgical indi-cators,satisfaction,and incidence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of exces-sive blood loss, conversion to thoracotomy, surgical time, and intraoperative bleeding in the combined group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the combined group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The success rate of surgery in the combined group was higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the combined group was higher than that of patients in the control group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer, the implementation of mind mapping combined with seamless nursing intervention can reduce the risk of excessive blood loss and conversion to open chest surgery. At the same time,it can prevent potential complications, assist in improving the suc-cess rate of surgery, and have a positive effect on improving patient satisfaction.
