Empirical study on the effect of mother-infant bedside and continuing nursing on promoting maternal rehabilitation
Objective To explore the application effect of mother-infant bedside and continuing nursing on promoting ma-ternal rehabilitation.Methods From April 1 to May 27,2021,a total of 280 primiparas with natural labor and single preg-nancy admitted to the First Ward of Obstetrics Department,Xiangzhu Branch,Maternity and Child Health Care of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group(n=140)and an experimental group(n=140).The control group was given routine nursing+con-tinuous nursing,and the experimental group was given mother-infant bedside nursing+continuous nursing.The control group and the experimental group were given continuous mother-infant nursing guidance such as telephone follow-up and QQ group establishment after discharge.The scores of maternal and child nursing knowledge and skills,exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA),Chinese version of parenting sense of competence(C-PSOC)and Chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS)were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the maternal and child nursing knowledge and skills of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,the ESCA and C-PSOC scores were higher than those of the control group,and the CPSS was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Mother-infant bedside and extended nursing guidance,improve maternal and in-fant nursing knowledge and skills,maternal self-care abil-ity,parenting competence,reduce maternal pressure per-ception,promote maternal rehabilitation,worthy of promo-tion and application.
