Effect of solution-focused brief therapy on depression,anxiety and auto-matic thinking in adolescents with severe depression
Objective To analyze the application value of solution-focused brief therapy in adolescent patients with severe depression.Methods Eighty adolescent patients with severe depression who received treatment at the Yichun Third People's Hospital from June 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a computer number drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with escitalopram,while the experimental group was treated with drug+solution-focused brief therapy.The depression,anxiety level,stress perception,and negative automatic thinking of the two groups were compared Indicators such as depressive cognitive level.Results There was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score be-tween the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).The SAS score of experimental group after nursing was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in self-rating depression scale(SDS)score between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).The SDS score of experimental group after nursing was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in Chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS)score between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).The CPSS score of experimental group after nursing was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in multimedia over coax alliance(MOCA)score between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).The MOCA score of experimental group after nursing was higher than that of control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in automatic thoughts questionnaire(ATQ)score between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05).The ATQ score of experimental group after nursing was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application effect of solu-tion-focused brief therapy on adolescent patients with severe depression is definite.
