Clinical application of enhanced recovery after surgery in vaginal delivery
Objective To investigate the clinical application of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in vaginal delivery. Methods A total of 200 puerperae admitted to Urumqi Youai Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the re-search objects, and they were divided into ERAS group(100 cases)and control group(100 cases)by random number table method. The ERAS group implemented rapid rehabilitation concept measures during childbirth, and the control group Routine measures were implemented during childbirth, and the postpartum hemorrhage volume, episiotomy rate, urinary retention rate, lactation delay rate, poor uterine involution rate, postpartum hospital stay, prenatal anxiety level, postpartum 2-day depression degree, and delivery rate, bed sickness rate, readmission rate, and satisfaction rate of patients with hospital services were compared between the two groups. Results The incidences of lateral perineal resection, urinary retention and delayed lactation initiation in ERAS group were lower than those in control group, the degree of antepartum anxiety and 2-day postpartum depression were lower than those of the control group, and the patients'satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the inci-dence of puerperal disease, abnormal uterine involution and readmission between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of ERAS in vaginal delivery can reduce the psychological burden of puerperae, reduce the occurrence of child-birth complications, shorten hospital stay, accelerate postpartum recovery, improve patient satisfaction, and ensure the safety of mother and child.
