Effect of warming uterus moxibustion combined with Bushen Zhuyu De-coction on ovarian reserve function and endometrial receptability in pa-tients after ovarian endometriosis surgery
Objective To explore the effect of warming uterus moxibustion combined with Bushen Zhuyu Decoction on ovarian reserve function and endometrial receptivity in patients with ovarian endometriosis(EMS)after surgery.Methods A total of 60 EMS patients treated by laparoscopy who were admitted to the inpatient department of Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Leprorelin and Bushen Zhuyu Decoction,while the observation group was treated with warming uterus moxibus-tion on the basis of the control group for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,ovarian reserve function(serum anti-Müllerian hormone[AMH]and inhibin B[INHB],antral follicle count[AFC]),uterine receptivity related indexes(endometrial thickness,en-dometrial volume)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effec-tive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of AMH,INHB and AFC in both groups of patients were higher than those before treatment,and all indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the endometrial volume and thickness of the two groups of pa-tients were higher than those before treatment,and all indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the con-trol group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).During the treatment period,there was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of warming uterus moxibustion and Bushen Zhuyu Decoction has a significant therapeutic effect on postoperative patients with ovarian EMS,which can improve ovarian reserve function and increase uterine receptivity.
