Clinical effect of Iron Proteinsucciniylate Oral Solution in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia in children
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of using Iron Proteinsuccinate Oral Solution to treat pediatric iron defi-ciency anemia.Methods Seventy children with iron deficiency anemia were selected from the Department of Clinical Nutri-tion of Children's Hospital,Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 as the study objects.All patients were divided into study group(35 cases)and routine group(35 cases)by random number table method.The study group was treated with Iron Proteinsuccinate Oral Solution,and the conventional group was treated with Ferrous Marinate.The adverse reactions,hemoglobin,total erythrocyte and hematocrit,total serum iron(SF)and total iron binding capacity(TIBC)were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The SF level in the study group was higher than that in the control group,while the TIBC level in the study group patients was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The hemoglobin,total red blood cell count,and hematocrit of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion Treating children with iron deficiency anemia with Iron Proteinsuccinate Oral Solution can effectively improve the clin-ical symptoms of anemia in children,with a lower incidence of adverse reactions and significant clinical effects.
