Papular urticaria is a common hypersensitivity disorder disease in children,mainly caused by insect bites such as mosquitoes,fleas,and bedbugs.The itching accompanying this disease not only affects patients'sleep,but also induces skin lesions and repeated scratching,which can lead to skin erosion and even secondary infections,seriously affecting chil-dren's health and accounting for a large proportion in outpatient clinics.Therefore,the prevention and treatment of this dis-ease is extremely important.There are many characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of papular urticaria.Through observation and summary,the author found that the prevention and treatment of this disease can start with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment concept of preventing diseases first,preventing existing diseases from changing,and preventing recurrence later,correcting the pathological state of the patients'unique constitution.The ar-ticle first introduces the pathogenesis and susceptible population of papular urticaria,analyzes how to prevent and treat the disease through the traditional Chinese medicine theory of prevention before the disease,prevention of existing diseases,and prevention and treatment after recovery.Through typical cases,it introduces how to use traditional Chinese medicine meth-ods to treat and prevent the disease.Finally,it summarizes that prevention before the disease is the key to avoiding its oc-currence.In cases where prevention is impossible,traditional Chinese medicine can be used for syndrome differentiation,which can be combined with oral and external use,and internal and external treatment,it is of great significance for disease relief and reducing recurrence.
