Expression of serum hepatitis B virus surface antigen level and serum hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid load in patients with liver failure at different stages of hepatitis B virus infection
Objective To analyze the expression significance of serum hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HBsAg)level and serum hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid(HBV-DNA)load in patients with liver failure infected by hepatitis B virus(HBV)at different stages. Methods A total of 64 patients with HBV infected liver failure treated in the Second Hospital of Longyan from September 2020 to September 2021 were retrospectively selected as research objects and they were divided into 35 patients in chronic liver failure(CLF)group and 29 patients in chronic plus acute liver failure(ACLF)group accord-ing to the stage of illness. The levels of HBsAg and HBV-DNA in serum were detected by electrochemiluminescence and fluorescence quantitative analysis(Q-PCR)in both groups, and the expression of factors in the two groups were compared. Results The levels of HBsAg,HBV-DNA,CD4+and CD8+ in ACLF group were higher than those in CLF group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,we can analyze the expression of HBsAg and HBV DNA levels in patients'serum, master the progress of patients with HBV infection at different stages of the disease course, and provide reference for disease prevention and intervention.
