Application of three-track teaching mode in pharmacology teaching of nursing specialty in secondary vocational school
The foundation of pharmacology is a compulsory course for nursing majors in secondary vocational schools, which lays a theoretical foundation for nursing students to carry out correct drug nursing in the future nursing work. The tra-ditional lecture-based learning has some problems, such as insufficient participation of students and weak learning enthusi-asm,which can no longer meet the needs of current nursing vocational education."Case-based learning"and"team-based learning"can not only enhance students'learning initiative, but also cultivate students'clinical thinking ability, but single teaching method is easy to make students lose interest in learning, and diversified teaching mode is more in line with the teaching practice. This research focuses on the present situation of basic pharmacology teaching of nursing specialty in sec-ondary vocational school, and discusses how to apply the three-track teaching mode combining"lecture-based learning","case-based learning"and"team-based learning"in teaching. The three-track teaching mode can give full play to the ad-vantages of several methods, which is conducive to students'in-depth learning of professional knowledge, and improve stu-dents'independent learning ability, teamwork ability, communication ability, analysis and problem-solving ability. However, the application of the three-track teaching mode also brings challenges to teachers and students, and teachers need to use it in teaching scientifically and reasonably.
