Influence on self-made new closed drainage device for life quality and satisfaction of patients with bladder irrigation
Objective To investigate the influence on self-made new closed drainage device for life quality and satisfaction of patients with bladder irrigation.Methods A total of 81 patients with bladder irrigation treated in the Third Hospital of Nanchang from August 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(41 cases)according to random number table method.The control group were treated with routine open container device,the observation group were treated with self-made new closed drainage device.Then the bladder flushing time,catheter retention time,hospitalization time,complication rates,satisfaction rates,comfort(general comfort questionnaire[GCQ])and life quality(World Health Organization quality of life assessment instrument scale[WHOQOL-100])before and after the intervention of two groups were compared.Results The bladder flushing time,catheter indwelling time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The washout effect and the total sat-isfaction of washout mode in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The comfort level of the observation group was better than that of the control group after 1 and 2 days of intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The scores of WHOQOL-100 in the ob-servation group were higher than those in the control group after 1 and 2 weeks of intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The influence on self-made new closed drainage device for life quality of pa-tients with bladder irrigation is relatively better,and satisfaction of patients for the device is relatively higher,so it is worthy of clinical application.
