Nursing effect of the combination of Lv's eight step lactation method and fire dragon jar in patients with insufficient lactation in parturient
Objective To explore the nursing effect of Lv's eight step lactation method combined with fire dragon jar on postpartum women with insufficient lactation. Methods Sixty parturient from Jiangxi Pingxiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group using random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received routine nursing care,Lv's eight step lactation method combined with dragon cupping nursing care. The changes of milk secretion, breast tenderness, postpartum lactation effect, nursing satisfaction and lactation start time were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the milk secretion in the two groups was higher than that before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the milk secretion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The numerical rating scale(NRS)score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of lactation in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of Lv's eight step lactation method combined with fire dragon jar in lactation nursing for parturient can significantly promote milk secretion, improve nursing satisfaction, and advance the start time of lactation for parturient, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
