Effect of language communication and psychological nursing on alex-ithymia,emotion and treatment compliance of patients with somatoform disorder
Objective To observe the effect of language communication and psychological nursing on alexithymia,emotion and treatment compliance of patients with somatoform disorder(SD).Methods A total of 76 SD patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were di-vided into control group(n=38)and study group(n=38)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing.Based on this,the study group received language communication combined with psychological nursing for 2 months.The scores of alexithymia(Toronto alexithymia scale[TAS-20]),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention,and the compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of TAS-20,HAMA and HAMD in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of TAS-20,HAMA and HAMD in the study group were lower than those in the control group after intervention,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The compliance of patients in the study group after 2 months of intervention was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of communication skills,health education,service attitude,basic nursing and humanistic care in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of language communication and psychological nursing in SD patients can reduce the degree of alexithymia,improve anxiety and depression of patients,and improve treatment compliance and patient satisfaction.
