Application effect of Luohua Zizhu Granules in patients with moderate and small amount hemoptysis
Objective To investigate the application effect of Luohua Zizhu Granules in patients with moderate and small amounts of hemoptysis.Methods A total of 80 patients with small and medium-sized hemoptysis who were treated at the Jiangxi Chest Hospital from June to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Carbazochrome Tablets,Aminocaproic Acid,Pituitrin and Aminotoluic Acid,while the study group was treated with Luohua Zizhu Granules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,coagulation function and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treat-ment,there were no statistically significant differences in levels of fibrinogen(FIB),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the FIB levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the PT,TT and APTT were shorter than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the FIB level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the PT,TT,APTT were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and PCT in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP and PCT in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with moderate and small amounts of hemoptysis,the adjuvant treatment of Luohua Zizhu Granules on the basis of western medicine can improve the therapeutic effect,and its mechanism may be related to improving the coagulation function of patients and reducing the level of inflammation.
