Analysis of influencing factors on the therapeutic effect of intravitreal in-jection of Conbercept in patients with diabetic macular edema
Objective To investigate the factors influencing the therapeutic effect of intravitreal injection of Conbercept in patients with diabetic macular edema(DME).Methods A total of 127 DME patients treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects.All patients received intravitreal injection of Conbercept.The therapeutic effect of patients was evaluated according to relevant criteria after 7 days of treat-ment.The baseline data questionnaire was designed,and the baseline data of patients were queried and recorded.The pos-sible factors were included,and the influencing factors of the ineffective treatment of intravitreal injection of Conbercept in DME patients were identified by logistic regression analysis.Results Among 127 DME patients,36 cases(28.35％)were in-effectuated by intravitreal injection of Conbercept.Univariate analysis showed that smoking history,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)level,low density lipoprotein(LDL)level and high density lipoprotein(HDL)level were related factors to the thera-peutic effect of intravitreal injection of Conbercept in DME patients(P＜0.05).The results of multivariate analysis suggested that smoking history(β=0.900,OR=2.461,95％CI:1.118-5.413),increased HbA1c level(β=1.106,OR=3.023,95％CI:1.753-5.213),increased LDL level(β=0.576,OR=1.780,95％CI:1.167-2.713)were the influential factors for the efficacy of intravitreal injection of Conbercept in DME patients(OR＞1,P＜0.05).Increased HDL level(β=-3.699,OR=0.025,95％CI:0.003-0.191)was a protective factor for ineffectiveness of intravitreal injection of Conbercept in DME patients(OR＜1,P＜0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of intravitreal injection of Conbercept in DME patients may be affected by smoking history,the increase of HbA1c level,the increase of LDL level and the decrease of HDL level.
