目的 探讨氯化十六烷基吡啶(CPC)对复合树脂修复后粘接强度及抑菌性的影响。方法 选取2023年1月至5月新疆医科大学第一附属医院因下(牙合)阻生智齿行拔除治疗而新鲜拔除的60颗第三恒磨牙作为研究对象,按要求制备符合试验要求的(牙合)面龋。40颗离体牙用于树脂修复后粘接强度实验,20颗离体牙用于抑菌性实验。将40颗离体牙随机分为A1、B1、C1、D,四组,每组10颗,A1组蒸馏水冲洗牙本质、涂布通用型粘接剂(SBU)后复合树脂堆填;B1组2%复方氯己定(CHX)冲洗牙本质、涂布SBU后复合树脂堆填;C1组2%CPC冲洗牙本质、涂布SBU后复合树脂堆填;D1组蒸馏水冲洗牙本质、涂布2%CPC与SBU混合物后复合树脂堆填,切割检测后计算各组微拉伸强度。将20颗离体牙随机分为A2、B2、C2、D2四组,每组5颗。A2、B2、C2、D2组分别按上述步骤制备样本,紫外灯照射2 h灭菌,20μl浓度1 × 106 CFU s/m变形链球菌UA159菌液涂抹于BH1琼脂板,培养24 h后测量抑菌环大小。结果 C1组和D1组在水中静置24 h及水浴老化条件下的粘接强度均高于A1组和B1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05),C1组和D1组在水中静置24 h及水浴老化条件下的粘接强度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。A2组抑菌环直径为0 mm,B2组、C2组、D2组的抑菌环直径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。结论 CPC可增强复合树脂修复龋病的粘接强度,延缓老化,防止继发龋坏。
Effect of calcium phosphate cement on bond strength and bacteriostasis of composite resin after repair
Objective To explore the effect of calcium phosphate cement(CPC)on bond strength and bacteriostasis of com-posite resin after repair.Methods A total of 60 third permanent molars were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January to May 2023 for the extration of impacted wisdom teeth,maxillofacial caries were prepared according to the requirements.There were 40 in vitro teeth used for bonding strength test after resin restoration,and 20 in vitro teeth used for bacteriostatic activity test.Forty in vitro teeth were randomly divided into four groups,A1,B1,C,and D1,with 10 teeth in each group,group A1 was washed with distilled water,coated with single bond universal(SBU)and then filled with composite resin;group B12%compound chlorhexidine(CHX)was rinsed dentin,coated with SBU and then filled with composite resin;group C1 2%CPC rinsed dentin,coated SBU and then filled with composite resin;group D1 of distilled water at cleaning essence,coating composite resin after 2%mixture of CPC and SBU landfill,groups of micro ten-sile strength were calculated after cutting test.Twenty in vitro teeth were randomly divided into four groups,A2,B2,C2 and D2,with 5 teeth in each group.The samples of groups A2,B2,C2 and D2 were prepared according to the above steps,the sam-ples were sterilized by UV lamp irradiation for 2 h,and 20 µl of 1 x 106 CFU s/m Streptococcus mutans UA159 bacterial solution was applied to BH1 agar plates.After 24 h of cultivation,the size of the antibacterial ring were measured.Results The bond strength of groups C1 and D1 under the conditions of standing for 24 h in water and water bath aging were higher than those of groups A1 and Bi,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the bond strength between groups C1 and D1 under the conditions of standing for 24 h in water and water bath aging(P>0.05).The diameter of antibacterial ring in A2 group was 0 mm,and there was no statistical significance in the diameter of antibacterial ring in B2,C2 and D2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion CPC can enhance the bond strength of composite resin to repair caries,delay aging and prevent secondary caries.
