Investigation on the cognition of standardized diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B by standardized training physicians of resident physicians in infectious disease department based on forgetting curve
Objective To evaluate the mastery of specific knowledge of standardized diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B among clinical standardized training residents,and to explore the effect of rotation and continuous learning in infectious disease de-partment.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the trainees who participated in the standardized training base of internal medicine and general practice in the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from August 2020 to August 2023.The contents of the survey included general information and knowledge of standardized diagnosis and treat-ment of hepatitis B.Results A total of 168 questionnaires were distributed in this study,of which 137 were valid,with an ef-fective rate of 81.5%.They were divided into three groups according to the rotation of infectious disease department,includ-ing group A(n=53)without rotation of infectious disease department,group B(ni=39)within half a year after the rotation of infectious disease department,and group C(n=45)over half a year after the rotation of infectious disease department.There were statistically significant differences in the knowledge of standardized diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B among the three groups(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the understanding degree of 10 questions(related to the basic understanding of hepatitis B,epidemiology,etiology,clinical manifestations,medication,prognosis,etc.)between group A and group B(P<0.017).With the extension of the training time,the correct rates of the prognosis and withdrawal criteria of hepatitis B in group C were lower than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.017).There were no significant differences in the mastery of other knowledge points between group B and group C(P>0.017),and there was forgetting phenomenon in the mastery of some knowledge points in group C.Conclusion The rotation of infectious disease department can effectively improve the mastery of the diagnosis and treatment of common infectious diseases,but the teaching quality still needs to be further strengthened.At the same time,regular learning should be orga-nized to reduce the forgetting speed and improve the effect of standardized training.
