Detection of Bacillus cereus in several types of food under food risk moni-toring in Dezhou City from 2017 to 2021
Objective To understand the situation of Bacillus cereus contamination in food in Dezhou City,and to provide data support for food safety risk monitoring and assessment and prevention of foodborne diseases in this region.Methods From 2017 to 2021,a total of 270 samples of 8 types of food,including infant formula food,infant cereal supplement food,rice and noodle products,and blended cereal products,were collected from Dezhou City.According to the methods of GB 4789.14-2014 National Standard for Food Safety Food Microbiology Inspection of Bacillus cereus test and National Food Contamination and Harmful Factors Risk Monitoring Manual,and statistical analysis was performed.Results From 2017 to 2021,a total of 48 strains of Bacillus cereus were detected in 270 samples of 8 types of food,and the total detection rate was 17.78%.There was statistical significance in the detection of all kinds of food(P<0.05).The detection rate of rice and noodle products was the highest(30.48%),followed by take-out delivery meals(24.00%).There was statistical significance in the detection of Bacillus cereus in different years(P<0.05),and the detection rate in 2020 was the lowest(8.33%).The detection rate in summer and autumn(22.44%)was higher than that in winter and spring(11.40%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of bulk food was higher than that of pre-packaged food(22.94%vs.9.00%).Conclusion Bacillus cereus contamination exists in several types of food monitored for food risk in Dezhou City from 2017 to 2021.Rice and noodle products and delivery meals are the main contaminated foods.Relevant departments should strengthen supervision to prevent the occurrence of foodborne diseases.
