Study on the effect of positive hint language on pregnant women induced by cervical dilation balloon abortion
Objective To explore the implementation effect of positive suggestion language in pregnant women undergoing cervical dilation balloon induced abortion.Methods A total of 300 pregnant women with induced labor admitted to the Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into routine group(150 cases)and observation group(150 cases)by random number table method.The control group re-ceived routine care,while the observation group received positive suggestion language intervention on the basis of the routine group.The psychological state,comfort level,cervical maturity,pregnancy outcome and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)score of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the cervical Bishop score of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The natural delivery rate in the observation group was 93.33％,which was higher than 85.33％in the conventional group,the conversion rate to cesarean section was 6.67％,which was lower than 14.67％in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction rate of pregnant women in the observation group was 96.67％,which was higher than 90.00％in the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of positive suggestive language in pregnant women undergoing cervical dilation balloon induced abortion can help them maintain a good mentality,increase their physical and mental comfort,improve cervical maturity,and increase the natural delivery rate.Therefore,pregnant women are more satisfied with nursing services.
