Objective To explore the application effect of Gynecological Qianjin Tablets combined with Metronidazole in patients with endometritis.Methods A total of 84 cases of endometritis patients admitted to Yichun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into control groups and ob-servation groups according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group took Metronida-zole,and the observation group took Gynecological Qianjin Tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,menstruation,endometrial thickness,inflammatory factors(interleukin-2[I L-2],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],interleukin-1[3[IL-1[3])and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,en-dometrial thickness and inflammatory factor level between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,tradi-tional Chinese medicine syndrome score,IL-1[3 and TNF-α levels were lower in both groups than before treatment,while 1L-2 level and endometrial thickness were higher than before treatment.After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syn-drome score,IL-1β and TNF-α levels in observation group were lower than control group,IL-2 level and endometrial thickness were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The number of patients with normal menstrual period and normal menstrual volume in observation group were more than those in control group,and the number of patients with irregular bleeding was less than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of Gynecological Qianjin Tablets and Metronidazole has a significant effect on pa-tients with endometritis,which is beneficial for reducing clinical symptoms,improving menstrual conditions and endometrial thickness,reducing inflammatory reactions,and has high safety.It is worth promoting and applying.
