Observation on the therapeutic effect of external application of Xiaozheng Zhitong Powder in the treatment of malignant tumors with cancerous pain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type on the body surface
Objective To explore the curative effect of external application of Xiaozheng Zhitong Powder in the treatment of malignant tumors with cancerous pain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type on the body surface.Methods A total of 60 pa-tients with malignant tumors with cancerous pain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type on the body surface admitted to Jiu-jiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The con-trol group was treated with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Xiaozheng Zhitong Powder based on control group,both groups were treated continuously for 7 d.The analgesic effect,pain degree,frequency of pain outbreak,symptom score of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,daily dose of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The anal-gesic remission rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in pain degree,frequency of pain outbreak and symp-tom score of Qi stagnation and blood stasis before treatment(P＞0.05).The pain degree,frequency of pain outbreak and the symptom score of Qi stagnation and blood stasis after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the pain degree,frequency of pain outbreak and the symptom score of Qi stagnation and blood stasis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the daily dose of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sus-tained-release Tablets between the two groups on the 1 d of treatment(P＞0.05).The daily dose of Oxycodone Hydrochlo-ride Sustained-release Tablets on the 7 d after treatment was lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The average daily dose of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained release-tablets in the observation group on the 7 d of treatment was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).The quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Ex-ternal application of Xiaozheng Zhitong Powder for patients with malignant tumors with cancerous pain of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type has better analgesic effect,which can reduce the dosage of Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets,reduce the frequency of explosive pain attacks,help relieve the symptoms of Qi stagnation and blood stasis,improve the quality of life of patients,and is safe and reliable.
