Objective To observe the clinical effect of Badu Shengji Powder combined with nibbling debridement in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods A total of 48 patients with diabetic foot ulcer admitted to Zibo Hospital of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into ob-servation group(24 cases)and control group(24 cases)according to the random number table method.On the basis of basic treatment,the control group was given routine disinfection and debridement.On the basis of the control group,the observa-tion group was treated with Badu Shengji Powder combined with nibbling debridement,and the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group after treat-ment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups on the 14 and 28 d after treatment were lower than those of this group on the 1 d,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the observation group on the 1,14 and 28 d after treatment were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer,Badu Shengji Powder combined with nibbles debridement can reduce the pain of patients,shorten the treatment period,with rapid action,signifi-cant efficacy,less adverse reactions,easy to use,easy to observe and other advantages,in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer process has a unique advantage.
