Objective To analyze the relationship between the health working environment and the sense of occupational benefit of ICU nurses in top three hospitals.Methods Convenient sampling method was used,108 ICU nurses in Taian City Central Hospital were investigated by questionnaire on healthy working environment and perceived occupational benefit from June to September 2021,and the correlations between the two and the influencing factors of perceived occupational benefit were analyzed.Results The scores of health work environment assessment scale for ICU nurses was(74.62±14.05)points,and the scores of career benefit was(128.63±10.43)points.Correlation analysis showed that there were positive correlations between nurses'sense of career benefit and all dimensions of healthy working environment(P＜0.05).Multiple linear re-gression analysis showed that night shift frequency,gender,job title,ICU training and healthy working environment were the main factors influencing nurses'sense of professional benefit.Conclusion The sense of career benefit and healthy working environment of ICU nurses need to be further improved,and a good healthy working environment is conducive to improving the sense of career benefit of nurses.
