The teaching effect and quality of medical immunology experimental course is directly related to the efficiency of students'internalization of knowledge and skills.The teaching reform of Medical Immunology"1233"course is an online and offline mixed teaching method.It was proposed by the teaching team based on the problems of emphasizing teaching,ne-glecting educating people,neglecting process and neglecting practice in the current teaching process of Medical Im-munology,aiming to help college students cultivate and improve their independent learning ability,thinking ability,practical ability,innovation ability and ideological and political accomplishment.In the context of blended teaching,this article is based on the teaching reform of the"1233"course in Medical Immunology and takes the national quality course of Medical Immunology built by this teaching team's online wisdom tree platform as a guide.Exploring and constructing an online and offline mixed experimental teaching model for Medical Immunology,which includes three links of online student indepen-dent learning,simulation system training,offline interactive experimental teaching,and matching the whole process evalua-tion assessment system of experimental teaching.It has been preliminary piloted to provide reference for the reform and practice of Medical Immunology experimental teaching.
